The Illawarra Branch meets at the Bee Gardens, Eton Rd Sutherland.

The Club has a meeting, usually with a guest speaker, at 7 pm on the second Monday of each month with a field day at 10am on the last Sunday of the month.

Saturday 14th Feb 2011 - 1-5PM at the Club Bee Garden in Sutherland.

Only $ 20 to cover our costs

Lemorna and Chris are planning on running a short "hands on" course on how to build your own beehive box and frames.

You can choose to build and complete either a:

•Full Super box $ 25 each
•Half super box $ 20 each
•with matching frames including the wax $ 3 each

or do the lot - time depending

The boxes will pre naphalened, but we need your orders prior to the day, so let us know by return email.

NOTE: As an alternative to Paint and Napthalene on the boxes, Lamorna is looking at a way to hot wax the boxes .. which we might have ready for the day.. No promises.. but if we get enough interest in this by your return email .. we might include it.

The shop be open so you can purchase what you need on the day and get cracking. We will supply all the little items such as wire and eyelets and some tools.

If you are attending if you can bring your own hammer and we can help with the rest.

A great way to find out the tricks on how to make it all work.

For further details.. email illabees22@gmail.com or see our website www.beekeeperssutherland.org.au and we will send you the details.
