National Varroa Management Workshops commence next week.

National Varroa Management Workshops reminder

Places for the first eight Varroa Management Training Workshops are filling fast.

Next Tuesday 9 April beekeepers in Bega, Newcastle, Tamworth and Taree will be the first in the country to attend workshops delivered by the National Varroa Mite Management Program.

On Wednesday 10 April beekeepers in Glen Innes, Macksville, Nowra and Port Stephens will have their opportunity to learn how to manage Varroa in their hives.

And while places for some of these initial workshops are now limited, there are plenty of spaces for upcoming workshops in Penrith, Gymea, Hornsby, Wollongong, Ballina and Coffs Harbour.

Book your place today!

Visit Varroa Management Workshops, or reach out to the call centre on 1800 084 881, for full workshop details including dates, times, locations and ticketing details.

All workshops are free to attend but registrations are essential as numbers are strictly limited.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

Don’t forget to keep checking the heat map as varroa is moving and the map gives you an idea of what’s in your area. The heat map can be found on the main DPI Varroa page https://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/varroa
